OPERATOR A-C Valves quick opening lever operators can be provided in lieu of a handwheel for 2" through 8" sizes where rapid valve operation is required. |
CYLINDER
OPERATOR Air or hydraulic cylinder operators for remote operation as needed. Heavy duty cylinders with a steel barrel and heads, and chrome plated steel rods are used unless otherwise specified. Pneumatic or electronic positioners available for throttling control. |

| BEVEL
GEAR OPERATOR Designed to minimize the effort needed in manual operation of valves of larger sizes or in hard to reach locations. Gear operators are 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 ratios, totally enclosed, with permanent lubrication to all bearings and gears. Higher gear ratios are available. Recommended for 16" valves and larger and when pressures exceed 50 PSI. |
ELECTRIC
MOTOR OPERATOR For remote, automatic or frequent operation. A-C Valves can be provided with any of several makes of electric, air or hydraulic motor drives. Motor mount, drive nut and stem are provided. Motor operation includes handwheel override operation in case of power loss. |
CHAIN
WHEEL OPERATOR Efficient means of operating overhead and out of reach valves. Replaces standard handwheel and includes chain guides. Chain length must be specified. |
